Something about me
I am someone who has always fallen within the obese range as far as BMI scale is concerned. I was really happy with the way I was living my life, gorging on all the junk and using food as my escape parachute. But soon I started facing back pain and other issues which really scared me of all the possible baggage of diseases which comes with increasing weight. And then just like everyone I did everything from slogging hours in gym(which I never liked too much), to following all the fad diets possible and starving myself. I will not say that all the above didn't work, but within no time I used to gain everything back. But 2020 give me that time with home-made traditional ways of eating, I started realising the importance of sustainable diet. A diet is always imagined as less food, depriving yourself of all your favourites, but that is a big NO!
